My journey with this mighty organization started in 1999 as a fresher just after I completed my Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.

The growth path over eight years from a Developer to a Senior Project Manager has been full of challenges and learning. The exposure that I have gained here has been immense! Handling huge and multiple deliveries, managing sizeable teams, retaining business by providing stability to the project….helped me mature as a professional.

The congenial atmosphere at Tech Mahindra gave me the space to grow and experiment. My technical skills, negotiation, communication and leadership skills, have come a full circle in my tenure here. Indeed, Tech Mahindra is a wonderful place to be!!

It has been nine years since I joined as a Management Trainee, and every day is a new day lived to the fullest.

As I manage varied engagements across customer segments, understanding the nuances of customer expectations, cost pressures and timely delivery is stressful. But, the culture and the splendid team spirit have helped me tackle this with immense confidence. For me contributing to the customer experience and the innovative business model which would be commercially attractive to customers has been the most challenging experience so far.

The organization has always inspired me to initiate activities in a novel way and the management team has always been very supportive of new initiatives.

Tech Mahindra is a real good platform, to learn experiment and grow. 

Having joined Tech Mahindra (then MBT) as a developer in 2000, for the past seven years, I have been associated with development projects (including stack development), solution designing and project management.

While playing different roles of a Developer, Technical Lead, Solution Designer and Project Manager, I have lived up to the challenges and expectations of this dynamic organization. The credit of course goes to the trust that my seniors had in me. It gave me a lot of confidence to face the professional challenges.

What makes life interesting is the work culture and open atmosphere which is also very inspiring. Overall, I would say that Tech Mahindra did go a long way to hone my skills and make me a thorough professional.  

In my five years of being with Tech Mahindra, every day has opened new vistas for me to learn experiment and grow. Hard work and dedication never go unnoticed here, and these directly translate to career growth and rewards. Yes, there are challenges and responsibilities, but supportive seniors make the journey full of fun and excitement. To describe my experience here in one word, it has been ‘Amazing’.
