One such group that leaves no stone unturned to make the organization a happening place is JOSH. A storehouse of immense energy, this in-house group formed by employees adds color to the Life at Tech Mahindra.

This employee oriented group organizes all recreational activities in the company, including sporting events, musical events, and quizzes, which re-energize everyone in the organization. Within Josh there are clubs dedicated to various activities such as Culture, Sports, Adventure, Movies, Coaching and Festivities. From regular salsa classes, to yoga, recreation clubs to gymnasium, JOSH ensures that it caters to the diverse interests of all its employees.

In essence, Josh simply provides the space to talk, to share, to lead and to do everything meaningful and close to the heart.
