Vineet Nayyar
Vice Chairman,
Managing Director & CEO |
An accomplished leader, Vineet has led several organizations across industries, creating high performance teams and successful businesses. In a career spanning over 40 years, he has worked with the Government, international multilateral agencies and the corporate sector (both public and private).
Vineet started his career with the Indian Administrative Service. While in the Government, he held series of senior positions, including that of a District Magistrate, Secretary - Agriculture & Rural Development for the Government of Haryana and Director, Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India. He also worked with the World Bank for over 10 years in a series of senior assignments, including successively being the Chief for the Energy, Infrastructure and the Finance Divisions for East Asia and Pacific.
In the Corporate sector, Vineet was the founding Chairman & Managing Director of the state owned Gas Authority of India. And in the Private Sector, he served as the Managing Director of HCL Corporation and as the Vice Chairman of HCL Technologies. He was also the founder & CEO of HCL Perot Systems.
In addition to his current
responsibilities as Vice-Chairman of Tech Mahindra, he serves
as a Director on the Boards of Great Eastern Shipping, Business
Standard, Kotak Life Insurance, The Mahindra United World
College of India, The Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India
Ltd., and the Tech Mahindra Foundation.
Vineet holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Williams College, Massachusetts.

C. P. Gurnani
President, International Operations |
CP Gurnani spearheads Tech Mahindra’s
Global Operations, Sales and Marketing functions along with
development of Competency & Solution Units. His inimitable
style of leadership combined with his sharp focus on customer
experience has played a significant role in Tech Mahindra’s
transformation journey.
With over 26 years of experience, CP’s professional
history encompasses several leading positions with Hewlett
Packard, Perot Systems and HCL Corporation. Prior to Tech
Mahindra, CP was the Chief Operating Officer & Founder
of Perot Systems (India) Limited, initially set up as HCL
Perot Systems.
At HCL Perot Systems, CP orchestrated the HCL and Perot
Systems joint venture from its inception to making it one
of India’s top IT services companies. He has extensive
experience in building international business , start-ups,
turnarounds, joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions
CP is a Chemical Engineer (1981) from National Institute
of Technology- Rourkela and serves on the Boards of CanvasM,
Mahindra Logisoft and Tennenbaum Institute in Georgia Institute
of Technology among others. He takes
a keen interest in Community work and was nominated by Ernst & Young
for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2007.

Sanjay Kalra
President, Strategic Initiatives |
Sanjay Kalra spearheads the BT relationship, R&D services for telecom equipment manufacturers and transformation/business process reengineering services. He is also responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, Sanjay was the Chief Executive Officer of DSL Software (a joint venture between HCL and Deutsche Bank), which is focused on IT and BPO solutions to Capital Markets. He has also served as President of HCL Technologies Europe and was responsible for the creation and incubation of Cisco's first outsourced R&D center outside North America with around 1000 engineers.
An IIT Delhi Alumnus with global roles in Schlumberger and Tata Unisys, Sanjay has extensively leveraged offshore delivery to create new products and business lines, nurtured start-ups and led high growth businesses. Sanjay was responsible for cross-border transactions involving the purchase of Deutsche Software from Deutsche Bank, Apollo Contact Center from BT in Northern Ireland and Axes Technologies in India.

Sujit Baksi
President – Corporate Affairs |
Sujit has over 30 years of experience in the areas of people management, operations management and corporate strategy. At Tech Mahindra, Sujit leads the HR, Resource Management Group, Infrastructure functions including Technical Infrastructure Management, Training (Technical & Behavioral), Managed Services and the Administrative functions. Sujit also spearheads the BPO operations and has played a significant role in setting up and establishing the business in this space. Prior to Tech Mahindra, Sujit was with Lehman Brothers where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. His track record includes being President-Global Operations, vCustomer Services and CEO-HCL Technologies (BPO Solutions & Services). He was also EVP-HR, HCL Technologies and has worked with TCS, Ranbaxy Laboratories, Bank of India and Union Carbide.

L. Ravichandran

L. Ravichandran has a rich experience of over 28 years in building and delivering businesses to organizations across the globe. Creation of new business lines is Ravi’s strength and he is known for his capabilities in creating high performance teams, delivering quality solutions and nurturing strong client relationships. At Tech Mahindra, Ravi plays a critical role in many initiatives including alliances and acquisitions and is responsible for the delivery of key projects.
Prior to Tech Mahindra, Ravi has worked with reputed organizations such as the National Informatics Center, Tata Infotech Ltd and Perot Systems, India Operations. At Tata Infotech, Ravi headed the Application Solutions division and managed client relations, services and delivery of large accounts.
Ravi is equipped with a Masters in Computer Science degree from ISI, Kolkata.

Sonjoy Anand
Chief Financial Officer |
Sonjoy Anand is responsible for the Finance, Legal and Secretarial functions at Tech Mahindra. He has been Chief Executive for a portfolio of businesses with ICI. Most recently, he was the Director, Finance for a global business with a multinational corporation based in the UK with additional responsibility for the Procurement and Information Technology functions. Sonjoy has extensive experience covering acquisitions, divestments and formation of joint ventures.
A graduate in Economics (Hons.) and a qualified Chartered Accountant, Sonjoy has approximately 20 years of experience in Finance and General Management.

Rakesh Soni
Chief Operating Officer |
Rakesh Soni is the Chief Operating Officer at Tech Mahindra. A graduate from IIT Kanpur, Rakesh last worked as the Executive Vice President, Perot Systems. Prior to that, he was the General Manager at Abu Dhabi Computer Centre. He started his career at Engineers India Limited and then moved to Tata Consultancy Services Limited.
Rakesh has 29 years of experience in the IT industry and is a SEI certified lead appraiser for CMM and CMMI appraisals.

Paul Pandian
President and Founder, Tech Mahindra R&D Services Ltd |
Prior to founding Tech Mahindra (R&D) Services, Paul was at Rockwell International from 1975 to 1984 serving in various engineering and management roles including Director of Strategic Planning and Development for the electronic operations. Paul was also involved in the startup and growth of a high technology company engaged in the design and development of high performance computers and peripheral cards.
Paul is a member of the Dallas Chapter of the Lions Club, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Business School at the University of Texas at Dallas. He is also a member of the India-U.S. Business Council in Washington, D.C. and is a charter member of the Greater Dallas Indo-American Chamber of Commerce.
Paul holds an M.S. in Engineering from Syracuse University, and an MBA degree from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Atul leads Tech Mahindra’s Asia-Pacific,
R&D services (to Telecom equipment providers) and iPolicy
Networks (security products division) businesses. He also heads
Tech Mahindra’s M&A Portfolio.
In an impressive career spanning over 2 decades in the IT/BPO
services, Telecom & Technology business domains, Atul
has successfully steered companies/businesses & multi-cultural
teams though start-up, growth, turnaround, mergers & restructuring
phases at leading organizations that include 3Com, Bharti
BT Internet, eFunds, HCL, Syntel & TransWorks (Aditya
Birla group).
Recognized as a dynamic leader, he has a track record of
building high performance teams, operating effective alliances & institutionalizing
processes to deliver superior customer experiences & value.
An accomplished speaker and an active contributor to industry
forums, Atul is a recipient of “IT People award” for
Leadership in Strategy (ITeS/BPO) and “Techies - Networking
Man of the Year” award.
An Electrical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering,
Atul also holds an MBA from FMS - Delhi University.
