Since the 60's, Cloud computing has gone through several evolutionary phases from grid and utility computing, to the application service provide (ASP) model, to the current Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).The ever increasing need to do more with less continues to drive interest and adoption of the Cloud.

Traditional communications infrastructure is characterized by limited bandwidth, Telco-defined services and a focus on hardware with software perpetuity. We are developing various "in-a-box" offerings to have minimum integration effort required to enable Communication Service Providers launch Cloud services for a reduced time to market and quick monetization of their existing investments.

The following is a sample architecture depicting the various interfaces and considerations required to enable IaaS for a Communication Service Provider. It also highlights the integration aspects of OSS or BSS and associated Communication Service Providers IT systems.

We have established a dedicated Cloud Competency practice and have invested in a Cloud Competency Lab where solutions are developed based on customer specific requirements. The team consists of domain experts in billing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), portal, Business Intelligence (BI), infrastructure technologies, etc. with dedicated product managers developing service offerings. We will leverage strategic partner and long-term customer relations to become the preferred Cloud solution integrator for the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry.
