Fast, Better, Cheaper Delivery through Tech Mahindra’s Oracle Service – Delivery xPress
Hyderabad, July 21, 2010: Mahindra Satyam, the brand name of Satyam Computer Services Ltd. (NYSE:SAY), a leading global consulting and IT services provider, today announced the launch of its ‘Delivery xPress’, a new service delivery acceleration model that offers its ERP customers a rapid execution tool to ensure smooth, efficient and timely delivery.
Delivery xPress, is a technology portal which contains accelerators to support different service offerings. This provides a one-stop shop for all accelerators for execution with user friendly wizards and gives detailed execution reports. It supports running of accelerators in many instances namely CRP, UAT and production. This framework is built using platform independent technology and will enable one time installation & multiple times usage of all accelerators.
It can be used across all Oracle streams such as Oracle eBusiness, PeopleSoft, Siebel, JDE, etc. and accelerators across many of the streams are already available. This enables faster implementations for conversion of data from legacy to target systems but also automates of upgrade process.
