Transition Methodology:

All new engagements are transitioned using a standard mASTER TM process implementation methodology. This key benefit of the mASTER TM process is that it clearly defines the roles and responsibilities, along with the milestones to be achieved under each phase of transition. mASTER TM classifies the outsourcing life cycle into five phases and defines five main responsibility tracks and every responsibility track has specific deliverables at each phase.
