The customer is a world’s largest beverage company operating in more than 200 countries and markets with over 2,800 beverage products including sparkling drinks and still beverages such as water, juice and juice drinks, sports and energy drinks. The project involved OTM migration, Performance Tuning, Support.
The scope of the project involved:
• Improving system performance to facilitate faster transaction processing
• Migrating from 4.0 to 5.0 to take advantage of new modules / functionalities available in 5.0
• Offering production support.

Our solution

The role involved:
• Offering technical consulting services on OTM
• Optimization and performance tuning of saved queries for faster
• retrieval of search results
• Thread & Process Manager optimization to improve the efficiency of the system by distribution of threads based on load
• Database Porting and Custom Code Migration from v4.0 to v5.0
• Design and Implementation of PL/SQL procedures replacing multiple queries implemented during agent configuration
• Offering onsite production support
