How do you see this balance changing in coming years?

We expect that by 2025 the ratio of OEMs to Tier 1s will flow more toward the Tier 1s. However, the percentage of Tier 1s is in fact also likely to shrink from 40% today to 25-30%. An additional 20-25% will likely come from technology companies – be it Google, Microsoft or Amazon for example – because all of them are working on similar things. In addition, an extra 20% may come from telecom companies, such as AT&T or Vodafone… All of them have shown some interest in getting into this area. On top of that, probably 10-15% could be car-share based companies like Uber.

Payment bank license: Mahindra Finance in talks with IFC for JV
