Strategy and Insight

Tech Mahindra performed a due diligence and design hardening program to finalize requirements. Moodle was selected as the learning platform (LMS) and SiteCore(Microsoft family was selected as CMS Platform. Other Tools include TAO Assessment Engine and Vital Source (Ebook Plugin)

E-learning content was built and imported into the LMS. Key customization of Moodle modules included Competency Management, Skill Gap and Training Plan. Multitenancy for customer’s end clients was setup for providing the specific trainings.

Strategy and Implementation

The solution comprised synchronization of learning catalogue with e-commerce site and integration with Learning Network Site for Subscription based access to learning material.

Single Sign on integration was facilitated and virtual classroom trainings modules were customized to the external customer’s specific needs.

Web services based integration for Sitecore and payment & order creation and complete User Interface overhaul for look and feel change was accomplished.
