As the Chief Delivery Officer and Global Head – Infra and Cloud business at Tech Mahindra, Sudhir Nair is dedicatedly accelerating the connected enterprise for clients by focusing on cloud transformation, infrastructure management, modernization, and digital workplace productivity. He has more than 25 years of cross-functional experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services and held leadership positions in business development, technical solutions, pre-sales, and delivery. Over the last 11 years at Tech Mahindra, he has overseen the meteoric growth of the Infrastructure and Cloud Services (ICS) division that significantly contributes to the company’s growth. Sudhir is an integral part of the core leadership team at Tech Mahindra.

With spearheading three large acquisitions over a 14-month period, Sudhir strengthened Tech Mahindra market positioning and customer value proposition, successfully meeting evolving demands by global brands.

Sudhir is credited with an innate ability to sense opportunities ahead of the curve. This has enabled ICS to launch several innovative and non-linear solutions in cloud platforms to deliver accelerated and profitable growth. He effectively leverages the start-up ecosystem to build up cutting-edge technology for on-boarding. He established the IMS Innovation Centre to build tools, platforms, and automation solutions to enable infrastructure transformation services. On the people front, to enable sustainable and reliable talent ecosystem, Sudhir pioneered Cloud Finishing School for upskilling internal associates and cost-neutral ICS Academy for fresher induction.

Before Tech Mahindra, Sudhir has worked with Infosys, HCL, Wipro, and played numerous roles across business and technical functions, and had stints in the US and the UK.
