Mike Soutter is Vice President, Aftersales, Americas for Nissan North America. He was appointed to this position in April 2018. In this role, Mike is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and profitability through positive ownership experiences in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

Previously, he was Division General Manager Global Aftersales based in Japan. Prior to that, Mike was Regional Vice President, Sales Operations, for Nissan Canada. He previously held roles of increasing responsibility within the Aftersales Division.

Before joining Nissan Canada in 2013, Mike held various leadership roles at Uni-Select Inc. and General Motors. He has nearly 25 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Josef Kory is currently Senior Vice President Aftersales with responsibility for Parts, Service, Warranty, Total Cost of Ownership and the Customer Service Business Center. Prior to this role, Joe served as Senior Vice President Parts with P&L responsibility for the parts division of Navistar including functional responsibility for Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing, and Distribution. Previous, he held the position of Vice President Supply Chain for Navistar responsible for transportation, material planning, warehousing, line-side stocking, forecasting, packaging operations, aftermarket parts distribution operations, integrated business planning, and production scheduling.

Joe has extensive aftermarket experience with PACCAR and Ford Motor Co. before joining Navistar 12 years ago. Joe is also a board member for NewStream Enterprises, a joint venture between Springfield Remanufacturing Co. and Navistar, and is lead Director for the Executive Board of Blue Diamond, Navistar’s parts joint venture with Ford.

Joe has a B.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Detroit.
