Rohit Madhok, as the Global Head–Engineering Services at Tech Mahindra, leads the Engineering Services business globally. He brings over three decades of experience in shaping and scaling engineering-led transformation. Since his prior role as SVP and global head of large deals, strategic solutioning and transformation to now, Rohit has built and grown product engineering organizations into high-impact, innovation-driven functions that power multi-billion-dollar portfolios across a diverse client base.
