Tech Mahindra’s AI Delivered Right proposition came into play and replaced laggy, cloud-based transcription with locally deployed AI, built withOpenAI’s Whisper model coupled with bespoke Large Language Models (LLMs).

The Genesis of Rubicon

With the GEN3 regulation change, our otherwise regular podium finishes began slipping through our fingers. The issue wasn't a lack of tools or talent, but that on-track decisions were failing because clarity arrived seconds after the moment had passed.

That is when Tech Mahindra proposed a system we call 'Rubicon'. With a multifaceted approach, it integrates AI-based analytics, simulation modeling, and deep learning algorithms to provide actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making. What sits underneath this shift is a more fundamental change in how intelligence is built, used, and creates value, rooted in Tech Mahindra's tenets of AI Delivered Right.
