HARSHUL ASNANI

Harshul is President and Head of the Europe business, and part of the Leadership team at Tech Mahindra. He leads a strategic portfolio of businesses and subsidiaries operating at the leading edge of new-age technologies.

Prior to Tech Mahindra, he has served in diverse leadership roles which include P&L ownership, strategic partnerships and ecosystem development at leading technology consulting and product organizations like Wipro, HCL, Patni (now Capgemini) and Compaq (now HP). With over 25 years in the technology sector, Harshul is a seasoned leader known for steering high performance global teams and scaling businesses from the ground up.

As a long-term resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, Harshul is an active board member serving on several nonprofit boards, including the Board of the Bay Area Council, Advisory Board of the University of Washington Bothell School of Business, Advisory Board of HelpAge America and Ambassador at American Cancer Society San Francisco. He is also part of Indiaspora and TiE Silicon Valley Charter Members. He is passionate about mentoring startups, creating high performance teams, and pushing the boundaries on digital transformation.

Harshul holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration and has been part of the management development program at Harvard Business School.
