Client Background and Challenges

The client wanted to replace its outdated customer service systems and migrated to a state-of-the-art platform. Their platform needed to be in the cloud, reliable, scalable, provide the features required to offer outstanding customer experiences, and be amenable to the new ways of working of the business and technical teams.

  • Requiring better infrastructure to provide an excellent connection with the customers
  • An intact system that would not result in fragmented reporting
  • To keep pace with today’s advancing technology

Our Approach and Solution

New Operating Model

A new business operating model describing how business leaders request, enable, and enact change in the new system, as well as how CCRs are organized and receive contacts.

Resources for Amazon Connect

Tech Mahindra provided resources to implement Amazon Connect for the four largest business units within the client organization: individual insurance, individual wealth, group health benefits, and group retirement benefits.

An Intact Unit

TechM fulfilled the roles of scrum master, architect, and developer while the customer resources filled other roles such as product owner, business analyst, and tester.
