Tech Mahindra launches Blue Marble 2.0 - a consolidated digital transformation and customer experience portfolio

Tech Mahindra launches its new Digital Transformation Accelerator product Blue Marble, combining our microservices framework with the acquired DynaCommerce Omnius commerce and customer experience solution.

The acquisition of DynaCommerce with their Omnius commerce solution and the consolidation of the platform portfolio with our Blue Marble solutions under one brand and portfolio is a significant step in boosting our own IPRs and bringing innovative solutions to our clients to help them in their digital transformation.

Blue Marble components have been deployed with Tier 1 Communication Service Providers in Europe and the United States already, helping them to increase Sales across all channels, reduce time to market for new propositions and significantly reduce the average handling time in assisted channels.

Blue Marble provides a consistent framework for delivering microservice based components, a repository of microservices specifically targeted at Communication Service Providers and complete end-to-end solutions for omni-channel commerce and order management. All microservices provide TM Forum Open API standards based interfaces. The pre-built components help to transform legacy IT applications quickly.
