  • Manufactures of Auto & Farm equipment, M&M has automated their workforce with Kronos 8.0 Time & attendance (T&A) system for all its employees working in 6 Farm divisions, 5 Auto Divisions and corporate offices. M&M started their Kronos journey with Kronos 6.3, upgraded to 7.0.8 and now to 8.0

Challenges

  • Data transactions running for the applications sizing to about 1 million transactions biweekly.
  • Parallel testing for Old and New Prod
  • DB migration from (Old Prod ) Stand alone server to New Prod (On Cloud).
  • Interface was build for punch to process in both parallel Production systems.
  • Custom report and interface testing..
  • Make sure DB should have correct port number.
  • Need to allocate more table space than mentioned in the documentation.
  • Make sure table have all user with full access.
  • Need to check in application server whether .Net 3.5 frame work is there or not?

  • Provided 150+ Custom Reports as per requirement for the ease of data reference
  • Provided solution to customer for scheduling of workmen through Advance scheduler
  • Provided customised solution through PHP which enabled shop floor people to have better shift planning. The customer had displayed this on a large monitor on shop floor for easy visibility.
  • Provided Dynamic shift to manage employee’s shift in optimized manner
  • Punch Import Delay – Previously more than 85% of punches would take more than 5 mins to get imported, TechM Optimized to have it processed within 30 secs
