Mukul Sah is a seasoned professional with more than two & a half decades of experience of managing entire gamut of HR for large multi-location global companies including green-field projects.

Having spent over 15 years in the organization, Mukul is a renowned name in Tech Mahindra. Interestingly, Tech Mahindra BPS HR operations has been established under his purview. He has been exposed to verity of critical and challenging roles to manage different geography.

Before taking on as the Global Head of People and Talent Acquisition, he was managing overall people function and talent acquisition for India Business managing large workforce and set-up benchmark on hiring large workforce in a very short span. Passionate for employee’s wellbeing and always endeavor to make better experience for people through various HR interventions to yield better employee satisfaction. His USP lies in as people’s person and great support to business.

Mukul is known for his great affiliation within Tech M, has huge employees connect and is loved by the employees for his people first approach. He is spearheading the entire gamut of people and talent acquisition & managing the global workforce of 58K associates across.

Mukul holds an M.Com degree from Kumaon University, and MBA from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management & Development Studies, Lucknow. He is also certified with One Month MDP with XLRI, Jamshedpur.
