TechM is one of the early investors on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a dedicated Centre of Excellence (CoE) established over a decade ago. Tech Mahindra is a Gold Certified partner for Microsoft Dynamics.

We are encouraged by the potential of the Dynamics platform (and its business solutions ecosystem).

We started our journey delivering Dynamics CRM Sales, Service and Marketing automation solutions for our Enterprise customers in multiple geographies. Our experience has been across industry verticals, notably in BFSI, Communications, Manufacturing and Public Sector.

Along our evolution journey, we have built award winning vertical domain solutions on the Dynamics platform and implementing them successfully for customers. Tech Mahindra has also been a product engineering partner for Microsoft for Dynamics’ Field Service module.

Our focus will continue to be on building Dynamics CRM solutions for select industry verticals, creating IP and deepening our capabilities to deliver Next Gen digital solutions for our customers by enabling them to leverage the full capabilities of the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
