Warranty-360

Warranty-360 is an accelerator and analytics platform from Tech Mahindra, available as a cartridge in IBM Cloud Pak for Data. It uses statistical algorithms to deliver consistently high-quality insights, which in turn reduce the cost of warranty.

mPAC 3.0

Tech Mahindra's mPAC 3.0 solution (based on IBM's multi-cloud management solution) is designed to accelerate your organization's cloud transformation journey, assisting in all stages of enterprise recovery by using AI/ML solution (TACTiX), cost-optimization solution (iCOPs), automation and managed services framework (netOps.ai) and migration framework (MAC).

DAAIP

Data analytics and artificial intelligence platform (DAAIP) is an end-to-end platform built on reusable components, using real-time data across all the network domains and providing significant insights into these. H20 Driverless AI powers the ML algorithms delivering these insights. 

Virtual Agent for Customer Service Management
