Anand Achuthan

Group Head – APAC Region

Anand Achuthan is the Group Head for Tech Mahindra Business Process Services (TechM BPS) and represents the company for the APAC region.

He is responsible for growing the business with key focus on creating long-term partnerships with existing and incoming clientele through personalized digital transformation and flexible solution offerings. He has been with Tech Mahindra for 15 years with more than a decade spent in Philippines. Anand has successfully broken the barrier of cultural perceptions working in an Indian organization into a localized and modern way of management tailor-fitted for the local employees in the BPO industry.

Amongst his core strengths which includes tactical planning and analysis, customer-centricity and leadership building, Anand leads the forefront in leveraging positive change within the APAC operations through various employee-first blueprints aimed to promote growth and development along with self-reliance within the local workforce.

Prior to expanding Tech Mahindra operations into the Philippines and rest of APAC, Anand was responsible for managing and expanding the business across different customer lifecycle management stages globally and leading the transformational journey through effective implementation of business-changing stratagems across several different verticals across multiple locations with Spectramind, Wipro and vCustomer.
